You are charged for the runs a workbook takes to research, write and refresh itself.
What does it cost to start?
New accounts start with $1 of usage credit, added when you first sign in or connect from your agent, with no card. You pay only for what you use: buy more credit from Billing whenever you need it.
How is it priced?
By usage. A workbook costs what it costs to research, write and refresh it, and you are charged for the runs you actually take. A workbook that refreshes weekly costs more than one you build once and leave alone, because it is doing more work.
There is no monthly minimum, no per-user licence and no tier to outgrow.
What happens if I stop?
Your workbooks stop refreshing and you stop being charged. The documents remain, and they are yours: every workbook exports as PDF, DOCX or XLSX, and it can file its sources into your own Google Drive or Dropbox as it goes, so nothing is trapped here.
Is there a plan for larger teams?
